Making a purchase

Browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us info@glowaesthetictraining.co.uk and we will correct the mistake.

Once an order has been received it is sent through our systems promptly to ensure your order is picked, packaged and despatched to meet your expectations on delivery.

This does mean that amending orders can sometimes be difficult once your order has been placed, as it may have already been picked from our warehouse. We endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once it has been placed.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Once it is back in stock it will be sent to you. After your order has been placed if an item is out of stock you will be emailed to inform you of the stock situation.



Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Glow Skin Health reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.


Delivery Schedule

If orders are received, fully completed and payment taken before 2pm GMT between Monday to Thursday, we aim to deliver them the next working day. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK. Some areas of the UK cannot receive Next Day Delivery – contact Customer Services for more information. Orders placed for next day delivery the day before a bank holiday will receive their order on the next working day. Please note, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery following a Bank Holiday Weekend.

Shipping and Handling

All orders require signature when delivered.

If acknowledgement is not available when the delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising where the parcel is held.

It is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collect the parcel within 7 days of the date of the card.

In the event that correctly delivered goods are returned to The Glow Group by the carrier the company reserves the right to charge for any goods not suitable for re sale together with any direct costs incurred and an administration charge not to exceed 10% of the purchase price of the goods.

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to info@glowaesthetictraining.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of goods.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products returns cannot be accepted. Please ensure that the products ordered are correct at time of order.


Online Product Images and Descriptions

Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Glow Skin Health will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.


Your Online Account

If you use this website, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately.

The Glow Group reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.

All content included on the website is the property of The Glow Group. You may not extract or reutilise part of the contents of the website without the consent of The Glow Group.

Neither this website nor any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the consent of The Glow Group.

Force Majeure

Glow Skin Health shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.


All offers are subject to stock availability. The Seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order for application of credit at any time. The Seller takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor.
