Purchase & Delivery of Goods

We aim to ship all orders received before 2pm on a Monday on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped on the next working day

Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm) Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday (Tuesday if after a public holiday)

All orders will be sent on a 48hr Signed and Tracked Service, (unless it is specified  a 24hr delivery by ticking the 24hr delivery box) if you are ordering an item which needs cold storage (PRX-T, Lady, Reverse Peel) it will be sent on a 24hr Tracked and Signed for Service.

The Royal Mail signed for mail services require an acknowledgment of delivery. Glow Skin Health is responsible for preparing and placing your order with our delivery partner. Glow Skin Health is not responsible for your delivery or your receipt of orders.

If acknowledgment is not available when delivery is attempted the delivery partner will leave a card advising where the parcel is held. It is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collection within 7 days of the date on the attempted delivery card.

In the event that correctly delivered goods are returned to Glow Skin Health by the delivery partner the company reserves the right to charge for any of the goods not suitable for resale together with any direct costs incurred and an administration charge not to exceed 10% of the purchase price of the goods

Next day delivery

Orders with a Next Day delivery request must be placed by 1pm (from Monday to Thursday)

Next Day Delivery is available for UK addresses only.

Delivery outside UK mainland

If you live outside of UK mainland please contact the office for a delivery quote and delivery timeframe.

Back Order

If an item or items ordered are out of stock you will be emailed with the details of the expected availability and the item/items will be sent on to you without you incurring any further postage fee.
