Purchase & Delivery of Goods

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday after 2pm will be despatched on the following Monday (Tuesday if after a public holiday)

All orders will be sent on a 24hr Service. If you are ordering an item which needs cold storage (PRX-T, Lady, Reverse Peel) it will be sent on a 24hr Tracked Service.

If you choose the 3-5 Working Day Service, your order will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Glow Skin Health is not responsible for your delivery or your receipt of orders.

If acknowledgment is not available when delivery is attempted. You will receive tracking information from your delivery company. It is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collection within 7 days of the date on the attempted delivery.

In the event that correctly delivered goods are returned to Glow Skin Health by the delivery partner the company reserves the right to charge for any of the goods not suitable for resale together with any direct costs incurred and an administration charge not to exceed 10% of the purchase price of the goods.

Next day delivery is available for UK addresses only.

Delivery outside UK mainland

If you live outside of UK mainland please contact the office for a delivery quote and delivery timeframe.

Back Order

If an item or items ordered are out of stock you will be emailed with the details of the expected availability and the item/items will be sent on to you without you incurring any further postage fee.
