Part of the vitamin B group. On the skin it turns to panthenoic acid, which is part of each cell and is essential for cellular metabolism. It helps the body to use other vitamins and improves resistance to stress.
Panthenol helps accelerate skin keratinization, increases levels of moisture, elasticity and smoothness. It also increases cell regeneration and has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
